Be a practicing Catholic actively involved in ministry or service within the Church, with a strong relationship with God, good interpersonal skills, and genuine care for others' well-being.

Health and Psychological Readiness:

Maintain good physical and psychological health, and successfully complete psychological evaluations with a positive recommendation from a qualified psychologist.

Pastoral and Organizational Endorsement:

Obtain a positive recommendation from your Pastor and fulfill all Live Scan requirements to meet hiring criteria.

Commitment to Evangelical Counsels:

Possess the desire and readiness to live the Evangelical Counsels of chastity, poverty, and obedience.

Education and Training:

Complete all necessary training, including mandatory classes for youth protection and any other requirements needed for ministry readiness.

Ongoing Discernment and Support:

Engage regularly with Vocation Office personnel for guidance and attend monthly discernment meetings to deepen your understanding of religious life.
