    Questions

    Good to know.

Still have a question? Email vocations@sbdiocese.org or call 909.783.1305.

    Who can come?

Altar servers in grades 4 through 12 from parishes across the Diocese of San Bernardino. Servers are grouped by grade: 4–6, 7–9 and 10–12.

    How do the groups work?

At check-in each server gets a color and a letter-number code (Red A1–A10, Blue B1–B10, Green C1–C10, Yellow D1–D10, Purple E1–E10). Each color group visits all five stations once during the day. Use Find your group to see your path.

What does it cost, and what’s included?

$10 per server and $10 per parent attending the Parents’ Session. Lunch is provided. You pay online with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you register.

I have more than one server. Do I fill out the form for each?

No. One registration covers up to five servers in the same family. Choose how many you are registering and the form opens a section for each one.

Can parents stay for the day?

Yes. Parents are invited to the Parents’ Session in the hall next to the basketball court while servers walk the stations, and everyone joins together for Mass. Add yourself on the registration form.

Our parish is bringing a group. What do we need?

One adult chaperone for every 10 children. Every chaperone must have Live Scan fingerprinting and a CMG Connect Youth Protection Certificate, and must register on the chaperone form. Ask your parish office for the diocesan Live Scan Request Form.

    Where exactly is it?

St. Junipero Serra House of Formation, 12745 Oriole Ave., Grand Terrace, CA 92313. The day takes place on the back basketball court, in the prayer garden, and at the white-roof pavilion for Mass.

    When is check-in and pick-up?

Hospitality and check-in run from 8:00 to 8:45 AM. Holy Mass begins at 5:00 PM, and the day ends after Mass, around 6 PM.

    Introibo ad altare Dei.

“I will go in to the altar of God: to God who giveth joy to my youth.” Bring your servers for a day that will change how they serve every Sunday.
